SRINAGAR
A three year old boy, Waseem Ahmad Khan slipped into a well in Lolpora area of Kupwara, police said on Thursday.
Despite efforts by the locals, boy couldn’t be saved, however the body was retrieved later as per the locals.
In another incident, a dead body was recovered near JK Bank headquarters in Srinagar on Thursday.
The body was later identified as Rajinder Singh son of Fakir Singh resident of Panzar, Shopian.
The deceased was employed in Railway police as Head Constable and was presently posted at Katra railway station.
