At least 30 girl students of Salfia College Srinagar residing in college hostel near Government Degree College Bemina were admitted to SMHS hospital Srinagar on Monday after falling sick due to food poisoning.
An official claimed that on today afternoon at least 30 girl students of Salfia College went to the college hostel to have lunch and soon after the lunch girls complained of stomach pain and vomiting, resulting in food poisoning of the students.
The official added that all of them were taken to SMHS hospital Srinagar for the treatment and all are said to be stable now.
