The Kashmir Chamber of Commerce and Industry Friday hold an inaugural ceremony of the 35th Indian Handicraft Gift Fair (IHGF) Spring-2013 at Greater Noida, New Delhi.
The fair will continue from February 8, to 11, 2013. It is sanctioned by the Ministry of Textiles, GOI and organised by the EPCH, New Delhi.
The KCC&I has been given a Kashmir Theme and was inaugurated by the Secretary Textiles, Ministry of Textile, GOI in presence of Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), Ministry of Textiles, GOI and other Senior Officials of the Ministry. A considerable number of exporting members are participating in the said fair.
The Secretary Textiles, GOI praised the Kashmir Theme and got impressed by the efforts made by the KCC&I in promoting the Kashmir Handicrafts. KCC&I statement said that participants have shown enthusiasm in participating in the Kashmir Theme Pavilion. President, Sr. Vice President and Secretary General of the KCC&I were present at the inaugural ceremony.
