As the voting for the seventh phase across Kashmir has started on Tuesday morning at 8:00 am, the Baramulla district in north Kashmir recorded the lowest voter turnout of 4.7% till 10 AM.
According to the list issued by the election department, 7.7%, votes were cast in Islamabad district, 5% in Budgam, 8.4% in Ganderbal, 4.7% in Baramulla, 8.4% in Bandipora, 11.7% in Kupwara.
In Ramban 18.9% votes were cast, Reasi 16%, Samba 28.6%, Jammu 28.4%, Rajouri 20.6% and Poonch 32%.
