Four persons were injured in two separate road accidents in Kupwara and Kargil.
In Kupwara, a Motorcycle bearing registration number PB02BR-2607 driven by Farooq Ahmad Mir resident of Awoora skidded off the road at Harri Payeen, resulting in injuries to the motorcyclist and pillion namely Javaid Ahmad Mir resident of Awoora. Both the injured persons were shifted to District Hospital Kupwara for treatment, wherefrom they were referred to SMHS Hospital, Srinagar for further treatment. Kupwara police has registered a case in this regard.
In Kargil, a Santro car bearing registration number JK03T-9273 driven by Zahoor Ahmad Itoo resident of Sonigam, Kulgam and an Alto-800 car bearing registration number JK07-4154 collided on National Highway at Mulbek, resulting in injuries to Mohammad Rahim resident of Mulbek, Kargil and Arif Ali resident of Sonigam, Kulgam. Both the injured were shifted to Shargole Hospital for treatment. Kargil police has registered a case in this regard.
