A boy died and twenty persons were injured in two separate road accidents across the valley. A police statement.
An Auto load carrier bearing registration number JK22/1519 was hit by an unknown vehicle near Arhama, Shopian, resulting in on spot death of a 10 years old boy Ashiq Husain Malik son of Nazir Ahmad resident of Pinjoora who was travelling in the Auto load carrier.
Meanwhile, 20 passengers were injured when a LP passenger vehicle bearing registration number JK01L/1691 they were travelling in skidded off the road near Repora village, in Chadoora. All the injured were shifted to hospital for treatment.
