Budgam police arrested one person and recovered 48 bottles of Codeine from him. A police statement said on Wednesday.
Police in a checking at Muchwa Bridge, Budgam, recovered 48 bottles of Codeine from the possession of Wali Mohammad Mir son of Abdul Shaban Mir resident of Lalpora Kupwara.
The accused was arrested and a case has been registered in this regard in police station Chadoora.
