SRINAGAR: A 48-year-old man was injured in an attack by a bear in Watnar forests of Khansahib in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Sunday.
Sources told the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that a man identified as Sakhi Deedad son of Gulam Mohammad a resident of Shalnar Khansahib, was attacked by a bear when he was grazing cattle in the area.
He was immediately rushed to Sub District Hospital (SDH) Khansahib wherefrom he was referred to SMHS Srinagar for specialized treatment.
