A 5-year-old boy was critically injured after being hit by a speedy tractor in Chhjla, Mankote area of Poonch district in Jammu and Kashmir.
Reports said that Mohd Rizwan (5) son of Zafoor of Chhjla Keni area of Mankote sustained serious head injuries after being hit by the tractor.
Rizwan was immediately taken to nearby hospital where from he was later referred to district hospital Rajouri for specialized treatment, they said.
SHO Mendhar, Mohd Amin also confirmed the incident and said: “The accused driver, fled from the spot soon after the incident. A manhunt has been launched to nab him,” he said. (GNS)
