A day after former Jammu and Kashmir health minister, Shabir Khan, resigned following molestation charges, the doctors in Kashmir are on a strike demanding immediate arrest of ‘tainted’ MLA Rajouri, Shabir Khan who is accused of molesting a lady in his office chamber and who had to resign yesterday after an FIR no. 9/2014 under sections 354 (assault or use of criminal force against a woman with intent to outrage her modesty) and 509 (a word, gesture or act intended to insult the modesty of a woman) was lodged against him in Police Station Shahid Gunj, Srinagar.
The strike was given by the Doctor’s Association Kashmir (DAK).
Sources said that ‘tainted’ Khan has been summoned for questioning today.
The allegations were made by victim that the former MoS health minister attempted to molest her after calling her to his office.

It is unfortunate for the world especially for India particularly for the people of kashmir. To my knowledge the DNB was close to stop its function for conducting its courses but when Saint like Dr Sheikh JALAL sahib take as vice president the situation all together changed and this institution progressed and the Govt was planning to make him as president of DNB.He has done so much for this society without taking any consideration but it is shame for this society that people have not come on streets in order to find out the culprits who have killed such a great personality. By seeing all this it is good not to help this poor and needy people because in return they give you nothing.In this society one who is hard core practitioner and earns money and lives a luxurious life he lives a long life and this society respects such people…It is shame not for those people but also for me as we could do nothing in order to find out the culprits.
