Police on Sunday said that some “anti-social” and “mischievous elements” have uploaded a frivolous message on Whats app chat messenger and Facebook regarding police strike being observed on March 15.
Police has taken cognizance of the mischief and an FIR number 17/2014 under section 505 RPC, 66 ‘A’ IT act has been lodged in Police Station Shergari and investigation has been taken up.
Police said that a team has been constituted to crack the case immediately and arrest the culprits after tracking them.
