Nine persons were injured were injured in a road mishap on Sunday at Bhadarwah-Doda highway in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir.
An official said Reports said a car (PB37P-5784) was on its way to Doda from Bhadarwah when it collided with sports utility vehicle (SUV) (JK06A-0011) coming from the opposite direction at Pranoo, on Doda-Bhadarwah highway, resulting in injuries to nine passengers..
The injured have been identified as Fareed Ahmed (50), Nazia Naz(46), Momin (16), Mutyan (11), Maria (09) D/O Fareed Ahmed, Bashir Ahmed (38), Abdul Latief, Hafiza Begun (45).
The injured have been shifted to District Hospital Doda for treatment. Police have lodged a case and started an investigation.
