At least 9 youths have been arrested by police during nocturnal raids from different areas of Pattan town in northern part of Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Monday.
Police sources said that a group of youth allegedly attacked some private vehicles on Srinagar-Muzaffarabad highway near Singhpora Pattan resulting in the injuries of few people.
Taking cognizance of the incident, police conducted nocturnal raids and arrested 9 youths.
Confirming the arrests, Choki Officer Mirgund said formal cases stand registered against the arrested youth. (CNS)
