The authorities today attached Assistant Manager (JE) Housing Board with immediate effect after he was found absent from duty.
Official sources told KNS that Managing Director Jammu and Kashmir Housing Board Ram Pal Sharma Saturday took a surprise visit to various projects taken by the J&K housing Board, including Ayurvedic College and GNM, Akhnoor, where the concerned Manager was found absent.
Taking serious note in maintaining the quality control and timely completion of works, the Managing Director issued on-spot directions to attach the Assistant Manager with immediate effect to Head Office. The Managing Director also issued strict instructions that no laxity in quality control and delay in completion of projects in stipulated time shall be tolerated.
