Putting all rumours to rest, Jammu and Kashmir chief minister Mehbooba Mufti has said that there is “no question” of shifting the campus of the Central University of Kashmir from central Kashmir’s Ganderbal district.
Taking on to Twitter, Mehbooba in a late night message said though there have been difficulties in the construction at the present site at Tulmulla village of Ganderbal and for which administration is tasked to identify an “alternate or additional suitable” site within the district.
“Central university construction site in Ganderbal has experienced minor difficulties. Administration tasked with identifying alternate/additional suitable sites within Ganderbal. Absolutely no question of shifting it anywhere else,” Mehbooba wrote on Twitter.
