Anti Corruption Bureau (ACB) Kashmir on Tuesday produced Challan against the officials of the Revenue Department.
The ACB statement said,“Today on 25-06-2019, Anti-Corruption Bureau Kashmir presented charge sheet (Challan) in Case FIR No. 27/2014 P/A ACB U/S 5(1) (d) P.C Act, Svt. 2006 r/w 5(2) and Sec. 4-A (Amendment Act) 2014, and Sec. 120-B, 468 RPC against Ghulam Nabi Wani then Naib Tehsildar Lar, Ghulam Mohammad Ganie then Patwari Safapora, Ghulam Ali Malla then Naib Tehsildar Sonawari, Mohammad Shafi Khanday then patwari Halqa Safapora on the allegations that the above mentioned accused have fraudulently attested/ prepared 9 mutations with regard to land at Gulwantand Safapora exceeding the sealing limit, and made insertions in the revenue records and have received the monetary gratifications from the beneficiaries.”
