The J&K Accounts Employees Association Kashmir Province, Secretariat unit, office bearers of Budgam and Bandipora Wednesday held a meeting here at Srinagar to discuss various issues threadbare, which dominated the suspension issue of the President of the Association.
According to the statement issued here, it was unanimously decided to hold a protest at all the treasuries of the state on Thursday.
“All the accounts personnel will apply for mass casual leave and march towards their respective treasuries at an earliest,” the meeting decided.
The statement added that the district bodies will remain firm and vigilant in their respective districts. “The provincial and district body and secretariat unit will assemble at Direction office Srinagar by starting early,” the statement said, adding that the decision was unanimously taken in consultation with all the regions of J&K including Ladakh.
