Actor Huma Qureshi, whose grandparents belong to valley of Kashmir, has expressed her concern about the situation which has developed due to the incessant rains in Kashmir.
From the time she has heard the news, she has been following it to check on the updates of the situation, reports emerging from film city Mumbai said.
“The actress hopes that the people there get quick relief,” the reports mentioned.
“I have very fond memories of Kashmir from my childhood days. I just hope the people there get quick relief and the place regains its natural beauty,” Huma was quoted as having said.
“These are trying times and all our prayers are with the people of Kashmir,” she added.
