Independent lawmaker from North Kashmir, Er Rashid held a protest outside his official residence in Jawahar Nagar area of Srinagar.
Reports reaching here said that Rashid tried to take out a march from his residence but was stopped by police.
He releases black balloons in air “to welcome PM Narendra Modi”.
Rashid was detained and lodged at Rajbagh Police Station.
