SRINAGAR: Air India and Air India Express will operate a total of 50 flights to and from West Asia on Wednesday, including 26 scheduled and 24 non-scheduled services, the airline said in a statement.

The move comes as aviation operations in the region continue to face disruptions due to the ongoing conflict involving the United States, Israel and Iran, which has impacted airspace availability and flight schedules.
The airline said the mix of scheduled and additional non-scheduled flights is aimed at maintaining connectivity and assisting passengers amid the evolving situation.
Airlines have been operating services in a calibrated manner due to airspace restrictions and safety concerns across parts of West Asia.
