All Jammu and Kashmir students union (AJKSU) has strongly condemned the incidents of Harassment and assault on Kashmiri students studying outside the valley and have urged the government to ensure their safety and security.
The spokesman termed the incidents as deplorable and demanded all necessary steps should be taken by the concerned authorities in order to secure the lives of Kashmiri students throughout the country.
The spokesman also requested the political leadership and civil societies of this country to come out and appeal for calm and peace, to close ranks and come out openly to work for the restoration of peace and security of these students and speak up on the grave issue.
The association also thanked the Khalsa Group Punjab for their every possible support they made to help the stranded Kashmiri student by providing them food, shelter and transport in this tough time.
