Director SKIMS Showkat Zargar and Medical superintendent Aijaz Mustafa has appealed the people not to stop the ambulances and other hospital vehicles carrying patients and hospital staff.
“We appeal people to allow hospital vehicles to ply without any hindrance as the hurdles make the patients to suffer”, they told a local news agency KNS.
