By Wednesday evening, the number of Yatris may cross one lakh. It is seventh day of yatra in South Kashmir mountains. So far, 95000 Yatris have paid obeisance at the cave.

Reports said that two more Yatris died today who were identified as N B Patel (65), a resident of Gujarat; he died at Chandanwari. Another 70-year-old Baidev Raj Khoda, a resident of New Delhi, breathed his last at Domail along the shorter 16-km Baltal route in Ganderbal district late last night.

A total of four Yatris have died during the ongoing yatra which commenced from the twin tracks on July 2. Earlier one Subash Chander (63), a resident of Chandigarh, died of cardiac arrest at Panjtarni and Rama Shanker (58) of Uttar Pradesh died had died of cardiac arrest enroute to cave.

On the 7th day of the ongoing Amarnath Yatra 19,911 Yatris paid obeisance at the Cave taking the number to 1,04,918.
