After Hurriyat patriarch Syed Ali Geelani, sympathized with the family of late CM Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, Jama’at-e-Islami J&K late Thursday evening also condolences.
In a statement, Ameer Jama’at-e-Islami J&K, Khawaja Ghulam Mohammed Bhat paid condolences to the bereaved family of Mufti Mohammad Sayeed who left for his eternal destination after a brief illness in New Delhi.
Mufti died early this morning at AIIMS in New Delhi. He was admitted there since December 2015.
“Death is imminent which every living soul has to confront whatever the status any person may be holding. Wise is the person who remembers death at every occasion of the life keeping in mind that one day is fixed when all human beings would be resurrected and brought before Almighty Allah for final decision regarding the worldly deeds,” JeI statement said.
Mirwaiz Umar Farooq also tweeted his condolences to bereaved family of late CM Mufti Mohammad Sayeed.
