Braving cold, thousands of people on Saturday thronged the shrine of Hazrat Peer Dastgeer Sahib (RA) at Khanar Srinagar on the eve its annual Urs observed on 11th of Rabi ul Sani
Massive gatherings at the saint’s shrine in Khanyar Srinagar, special night long prayers at the shrine were offered, marked by the display of the saint’s relics.
The gathering in Khanyar Srinagar was the largest in the valley which observes the occasion with high devotion and respect for eleven days every year according to the Hijri calendar.
