SRINAGAR: An encounter has started in a Pampore locality, police said.
Breaking the news on Twitter, police said it started during the wee hours at Drangbal. After the contact was established police said Umar Mushtaq Khanday is trapped inside. He is involved in the killing of two cops in Baghat, Srinagar, according to police.

This is the third encounter since last evening. Already two militants were reported killed in the two earlier encounters.
