A Kashmiri youth who had joined a militant group has surrendered before the government forces and returned to his family, reports claimed.
“One more young boy of the valley who had chosen the path of violence a couple of days back has joined back his family. I wish the family happy reunion. Great step forward.” Jammu and Kashmir Director General of Police (DGP) SP Vaid Tweeted.
