SRINAGAR
Unidentified gunmen shot at another Sarpanch Sheeraz Ahmad Bhat in Sugan village of Shopian. He received an injury and was immediately rushed to the hospital.
Police have rushed to the spot to investigate the matter. Bhat is a PDP man in the belt.
Attack on Bhat followed the murder of a sarpanch Mohammad Sultan Bhat Sunday evening.
