If we go to Lal Chowk via Nowpora Srinagar, there we can see encroachments made by local shopkeepers squeezing the road from both the sides. Many times authorties were apprised about this issue, but no action was taken. We feel the shopkeepers bribe the local municipal officials and police also does not take cognizance.
We through Kashmir Life appeal higher authorities to look into this issue and help us to have smooth movement and avoid accidents.
