Three persons were injured on Saturday after a truck laden with apples met with an accident in Lamberi village of Nowshera on Jammu-Rajouri highway.
Reports said a truck (bearing registration number JK01S 6726) loaded with apples was on way from Pulwama to Delhi when it skidded off the road and fell into a gorge resulting in injuries to three persons identified as the truck driver Javid Ahmed son of Jalalludin resident of Tral Pulwama, helper Mohd Rafiq son of Abdul Rehman resident of Patnitop Ramban and an apple trader Bashir Ahmed son of Abdul Aziz resident of Noorbagh Qamarwari Srinagar.
All the injured were shifted to nearby hospital for treatment.
