SRINAGAR: The Dusty Foot Foundation, in collaboration with Royal Enfield, has announced the inaugural edition of the Green Hub Western Himalayas – Royal Enfield Responsible Tourism Fellowship for 2025-2026.
This unique opportunity invites youth from the Western Himalayan region, encompassing Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Ladakh, and Jammu & Kashmir, to explore sustainable livelihoods through responsible tourism initiatives.
The fellowship, set to begin in March 2025, will host 16 participants annually for a six-month residential programme in Theog, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh. Fellows will receive expert mentorship and training in sustainable tourism, alongside practical exposure trips, empowering them to create community-owned tourism models that promote both ecological balance and socioeconomic growth.
