The armies of India and Pakistan on Thursday exchanged fire along the Line of Control in Degwar sector of the Poonch district in Jammu division.
An official said that the Pakistan army opened by small arms along LoC in Degwar sector of Poonch district.
“The soldiers manning the fence also responded the fire strongly,” he said.
However, there were no immediate reports of any damage from either side.
