Srinagar

The Indian and Pakistan Armies on Sunday on Monday exchanged fire along Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir’s Poonch district, reports said.

The Pakistan Army resorted to unprovoked firing at Indian positions at the Digwar sector in Poonch district, sources said.

“They used small arms and automatics to target Indian positions. Our troops retaliated strongly and effectively,” the sources said.

There was no immediate report of any loss of life or property, reports mentioned.
