SRINAGAR: Army on Saturday said it recovered arms and ammunition from the forest area of Marpathri in upper reaches of Gulmarg in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
Srinagar based army spokesperson Col Rajesh Kalia in a statement said the forces launched a massive search operation today morning based on input regarding presence of weapon cache in the forest area of Marpathri in upper reaches of Gulmarg.
“One Dragnov Sniper rifle with magazines, 194 AK-47 rounds, 10 Rifle grenades and two IED circuits were recovered from the area,” said the army spokesperson.
