Second Army JCO Kiled Along LoC In Last Three Days

SRINAGAR: A Junior Commissioned Officer (JCO) of the Army was killed on Wednesday in a firing incident along the Line of Control (LoC) in Rajouri district, defence sources said.

Sources said that Pakistan army opened firing along the LoC in Tarkundi area of the district.

They said the Indian troops retaliated strongly and in the exchange of firing, a JCO was hit by a bullet and later succumbed to injuries.

On Sunday, a JCO identified as Rajwinder Singh resident of Amritsar lost his life during firing along LoC in Nowshera sector of Rajouri district.
