An army man was injured on Monday after armies of India and Pakistan resorted to cross border shelling and firing on the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district.
Reports said that an army man posted in a forward area in Poonch was injured after being hit by a bullet from across the LoC.
The injured soldier was shifted to a hospital for treatment.
When reports last came in, the exchange of cross-border firing was going on.
