SRINAGAR: An Indian army man was injured by sniper fire from the Pakistan side along the Line of Control (LoC) in Jammu and Kashmir’s Kupwara district. This incident unfolded in the Keran sector on Friday evening.

The Pakistan Army targeted an Indian army post in the Keran sector with sniper fire, resulting in injuries to Soldier Saurav Kumar. He was swiftly airlifted to the military’s 92-base hospital in Srinagar for specialised medical attention.

Medical professionals said that the soldier is injured but in stable condition, and his life is not in immediate danger.
