A suspected militant and an army man were killed in a “gun-battle” in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district, on Wednesday morning.
The gun battle broke on Tuesday night, near the Line of Control (LoC) as a group of suspected militants tried to “infiltrate” through the Machil sector of Kupwara district, report said.
According to reports, the massive operation to nab the other militants in the area is still under way.
