SRINAGAR: A man who was working as a porter with the army was killed in sniper fire along the Line of Control in Uri sector of north Kashmir’s Baramulla Wednesday.
An official said that the army porter working with 11 Mahar unit was killed near Rajput Tikri Post in Uri sector along the Line of Control (LoC) in Baramulla district.
The deceased was identified as Altaf Hussian son of Suliman Jinder a resident of Gohalan Uri.
