SRINAGAR: On Tuesday night, Army found and subsequently handed over a deaf and dumb person to the police near Bathar Bridge here, officials said on Wednesday.
They told GNS that the unidentified person was found in an injured condition and was later handed over to the police by the army.
The person was later shifted to District Hospital Poonch for treatment, they added.
