SRINAGAR: Sajad Gani Lone, President of Jammu & Kashmir Peoples Conference (JKPC), along with a delegation of PC leaders on Thursday, held a meeting with Senior Advocate Rajeev Dhavan, who is serving as the legal counsel for JKPC in the Article 370 case.

The delegation included Mohammad Ashraf Mir, PC’s General Secretary and former Law Secretary; Adv Bashir Ahmed Dar, former legislator and senior leader; and Adnan Mir, Spokesperson.
During the meeting, the leaders engaged in detailed discussions regarding their legal challenge against the abrogation of Article 370.
“The purpose of this gathering was to confer with Senior Advocate Rajeev Dhavan, who is serving as the legal counsel for PC’s petition challenging the abrogation of Article 370. Mr Dhavan will most likely be arguing in the Supreme Court tomorrow,” stated the press release.
Following the meeting, PC President Sajad Lone also shared a tweet.
“I met with Rajeev Dhavan sahib and had discussions with him along with my colleagues. Dhawan sahib will argue on behalf of JKPC tomorrow in the ongoing case pertaining to Article 370. Wishing him and his team the best,” he said. (KNS)
