Two militants were killed on Thursday in an ongoing gun battle with government forces in Arwani area of Bijbhera town of south Kashmir’s Islamabad district, sources said.
An official said so far two militants have been killed and searches are underway. However, the officer said that the identity and group affiliation of slain militants are being ascertained.
Earlier today, a gunfight broke out between militants and the government forces in Arwani area of Islamabad district.
