SRINAGAR: An avalanche struck the Beighpura area of Kishtwar district on Thursday evening.
Officials said that the situation remains normal, and no loss of life or property has been reported. Authorities are closely monitoring the area.
Notably, Jammu and Kashmir has been experiencing rainfall in the plains, while higher reaches are witnessing snowfall. Authorities have already advised people to take precautionary measures. (JKNS)
