A complete is being observed in parts of Budgam district in central Kashmir against the rape of a three-year-old girl child in Sumbal area of Bandipora district.
Reports said that all the shops and other business establishments in Magam and Budgam towns are closed and restrictions have been imposed to avoid any untoward incident.
Meanwhile, internet services also remained suspended for the fourth consecutive day in the area.
Earlier, widespread protests were witnessed in different parts of the valley demanding justice to the Vitim.
