Except for south Kashmir’s Kulgam parts, life returned to normal in Kashmir valley on Monday after two consecutive days due to the shutdown call by Joint Resistance Leadership (JRL)

All the shops business establishments’ government and private offices remained open while public transport returned to roads.

The normal life in Kashmir was paralyzed for two consecutive days following the shutdown call given by JRL against the second death anniversary of Hizb commander Burhan Wani, shifting of DeM chief Aasiya Andrabi along with her two aids to Delhi by NIA and civilian killings in Kashmir.

However, shutdown continued in Hawoora village of Kulgam against the killing of three civilians including a teenage girl by the army.
