In order to protest against the availability of the doctors at Primary Health Centre in Batagund Tral area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district, the residents padlocked the centre as a mark of protest.
Reports said that after waiting for hours outside the centre at Batagund village of Tral, when nobody among the hospital authorities was seen around, the furious patients and their attendants padlocked the facility and protested over the negligence.
The residents claimed that despite repeated pleas to the hospital authorities there was no initiative taken by the authorities.
The residents also said that even after spending the crores of money into the facility the hospital still lacks the basic facilities.
