A complete shutdown is observed for the third consecutive day in Batamaloo area of Srinagar on Monday after the killing of a civilian Sajad Ahmad Sheikh.
A local informed Kashmir Life, “On Sajad’s funeral we decided to observe complete shutdown for four days.”
Sajad, a resident of Chandoosa Baramulla, was shot dead on Saturday evening by the BSF personnel when they were passing through Rek Chowk.
However Police said they are investigating the situation in which the Baramulla youth was killed in Rek Chowk of Batamaloo.
