SRINAGAR: Bihar Governor Lieutenant General (Retd) Syed Ata Hasnain on Sunday called on Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah at his residence in Srinagar.
During the meeting, Hasnain and Abdullah exchanged views on a range of issues of mutual interest.
Former Jammu and Kashmir chief minister and National Conference president Dr Farooq Abdullah was also present during the meeting, along with the First Lady of Bihar.
The meeting comes as Hasnain, a former Army officer, assumes his constitutional responsibilities as Governor of Bihar.
