BJP legislator walks out, accuses govt of biased approach towards his constituency: Budget Session

One the second day of the Budget session of JK assembly MLA BJP Sukhnandan Kumar staged a walkout from Assembly after accusing the government of not paying much attention towards his constituency.

The opposition parties NC and Congress also asked the speaker to allow discussion on civilian killing and issues of miss-governance.

Kumar later jumped into the well of the House and demanded an answer from the government

Later on, opposition party National Conference and Congress on Wednesday, the second day of the Budget Session walked out from the legislative council.

The opposition leaders created ruckus after they were not allowed by the chairman to discuss the Human Rights issue.
