SRINAGAR: Block Medical Officer (BMO) Boniyar in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district tested positive for COVID-19 on Monday evening, officials said.
A health official told news agency GNS that fifty COVID samples were taken for testing on Monday at Primary Health Centre (PHC) Boniyar through rapid antigen test (RAT) which includes symptomatic patients, pregnant ladies, students, primary contacts, travellers, employees, health workers, in which the only officer tested positive for COVID-19 virus.
The official further said as per health protocol, the officer have been advised to go for home isolation and have all precautionary measures.
